Well it was a busy run up to carnival what with bar building and some long hours with our new smoker, but if we say so ourselves it came off alright. We’re now stoked (excuse the pun)  about our forth coming dishes, soon to appear on the menu and both the rusty and rickety, straight from ‘Big Bertha’ the smoker – as she has been affectionately named. 

Also, the next big event is gonna be our trash trash bash on the 24th July at the rusty where we’ll be serving up a pit-smoked feast along side bourbon cocktails & live music from a much loved local band (their name will remain a secret) all we can say is they’ll put a spasm in your step.
