That’s right, in order to welcome in our new smoker (now named Bertha) were gettin’ on down with a good ole fashioned hootenanny! 

We’ll be dishing up 18 hr brisket & pulled pork butt straight from Berthas belly, along side some propper Deep South sides; such as burnt end baked beans & grilled corn! Don’t delay ’cause once we’re out we’re out! Next load’ll take another 18hrs. 

Food served from 5pm.

Not only have we got food from the Deep South, we’ve also got booze from the Deep South. Outside we’ll have a trash can bar filled with ice and craft beers from across the pond as well as moonshine punch and bourbon wonk behind the bar.

 …and if that’s not enough, it ain’t a party without live music and have we got a treat for you. We have one of the best local bands around to help you shake those dungarees. Playing under the alias ‘roadkill arm twitch band’. Any guesses what their real name is? If not – all will be revealed on the day.
