Our new DIY Dodo Burger Kits give you the opportunity to make your very own delicious buns at home. Available from The Rusty during opening times and The Up in Arms 7days a week, our new triumphant kits will make sure you’re stocked up on burgers for the whole family.

What you’ll need:

Vegetable Oil 



Frying Pan

Kitchen Paper


Get a heavy frying pan or skillet nice and hot.

Fry the Dodo Patties in a little veg oil till nice and golden brown; flipping every minute or so.

Once cooked melt the cheese over the burger by placing a lid over the pan and a little water in the pan to create steam.

Meanwhile, toast the buns by placing the cut sides up under the grill.

Once cooked rest your burger on a warm plate.
