Situated within the historic St. James Hotel, above Cheltenham’s well known Bottle of Sauce pub, Dodo Works Cheltenham is a centrally located workspace designed around flexible private offices and work space. Just a short walk from Cheltenham town centre, the promenade and key transport links, it offers an ideal base for growing teams, start ups and established businesses looking for a more permanent, professional setup.
The space is home to 10 private offices, ranging from 2 desk suites through to larger offices accommodating up to 12 desks. Each office retains the character of the original building, with exposed brick, wooden floors and plenty of natural light, while offering all the benefits of a fully serviced workspace including high speed WiFi and flexible terms.
Alongside the private offices, there is a dedicated coworking space designed for full time desk use, providing an option for individuals or smaller teams who want a consistent base while still being part of a wider professional community.

A dedicated desk is your own permanent workspace within Dodo Works. Unlike hot desking, your desk is reserved exclusively for you, allowing you to leave your monitor, equipment and personal items set up and ready to use.
Yes. Dedicated desks are designed for day to day business use, including phone calls and video meetings. We simply ask members to be considerate of those working around them. For longer meetings or confidential discussions, meeting rooms are also available to book.
Yes. Dedicated desk members receive secure key fob access to the building and can use the space from 8am to 8pm, seven days a week.
Yes. Dedicated desk members can have business post delivered to Dodo Works. We’ll securely receive it on your behalf and let you know when it arrives.
Absolutely. We encourage prospective members to come and experience the space for themselves. We can arrange a free trial day so you can meet the community, test the facilities, and see if Dodo Works is the right fit for you.
Yes. Our pricing is fully inclusive, so there are no additional costs for utilities, business rates, high speed WiFi, tea and coffee, or access to shared facilities. One simple monthly payment covers everything you need to get up and running.
Not at all. Our dedicated desks are ready to use straight away, so you can move in and get started with minimal fuss. High speed WiFi, power, and all facilities are already in place, meaning there’s no need to arrange utilities, internet installation, or lengthy office setup. In most cases, you can be up and running from day one.
