A Neighbourhood Pub in Caversham, Reading
The Last Crumb is a proper neighbourhood pub in the heart of Caversham, known for great pints, pizzas, burgers and one of the best beer gardens in Reading.
It’s made for getting people together. Big tables, big groups, family get-togethers, Six Nations afternoons and sunny days in the garden that have a habit of turning into evenings.
And every July, the Big Summer Party takes over, our annual summer party bringing together live music, great food, plenty of drinks and the whole Caversham community.

The Last Crumb keeps things simple: good food, good drinks and plenty going on. Grab a pizza or burger, settle in with a pint, or round up your smartest mates for the weekly pub quiz. With one of Dodo’s biggest gardens and plenty of space to spread out, it’s built for relaxed catch-ups, sunny sessions and easy-going nights out in Reading.
Private Hire & Party Spaces
Planning a party or group get-together in Reading? The Last Crumb has a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces to suit the occasion. The Banquette seats up to 20 for larger group bookings, the covered Lower Terrace fits 40 standing or 20 seated, and the Gravel Pit can host up to 100 standing or 50 seated. The Gravel Pit is also covered and heated from October to March, making it a useful option well beyond summer.
