As part of this year’s Cheltenham Science Festival, we’re thrilled to be hosting a special series of demonstrations by scientist Dr. Suze Kundu at the Bottle of Sauce. Suze will be showing off some cool tricks that harness the power of science to produce a bit of cocktail magic, and answering some age old questions… like what difference it actually makes to shake, not stir, a martini.
We will, of course, also be serving up some of the cocktails behind the bar, so you can sample the results of all that experimentation after you’ve learned something new.
The demonstrations are free to attend – just get yourself to the private dining room at the Bottle for one of four lecture slots on Saturday 10th June: 19:30, 20:00, 20:30, or 21:00!
