Covid Policy

Hygiene

Hand sanitiser stations have been installed at critical points throughout each pub – for the use of both staff and customers.

Please wear a mask when using our inside toilets. You should only be going inside the pub to use the toilet.

Ordering

Please find a QR code on your outside table, this will take you through to our online ordering system. There will be no ordering at the bar until further notice.

Safe Working Practices

All staff are thoroughly trained on the new safe working practices here at Dodo Pub Co.

Each shift a member of staff is appointed to ensure all cleaning procedures and safety rules are being correctly adhered to.

We undertake a thorough clean of the pub each night before reopening to the public, ensuring everything is squeaky clean.

During and after each service, we will be cleaning equipment and surfaces even more often than we usually do.

Customer tables will receive a 'recently sanitised' badge to indicate that it is safe and sanitary for the next customers to use.

Keeping Things Flowing

We now only accept card payments and where possible encourage contactless payments (up to £45).

Finally

For those of you not ready to join us inside, we will continue our click and collect service and where possible operate a separate queue and outdoor collection points. With smaller teams, service may take slightly longer than usual, so thank you in advance for your patience.
