BOOKING POLICY FOR 5 OR LESS

  • Our minimum booking size is 6 guests, any groups smaller are walk in only.  
  • We do not reserve our bar tables or garden spaces; these are for locals & walk ins.  Pop down and grab a table.

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY FOR 6-14 GUESTS

  • We do not require a pre-order or pre-authorisation for this group size.
  • Parties of 8 & more may be on adjacent tables.
  • Please turn up on time for your table. If you are running later, we will hold your table for 15 minutes. If you are later than this, we will consider you a no show and your table will be released.

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY FOR 15 OR MORE GUESTS

  • We will ask you for payment card details to secure your reservation. No payment will be taken at this stage, and we will not hold your card details. We will take a pre-authorisation for £5 per person on your booking, which will drop off after your visit.
  • We will require a pre-order for your booking. A link will be sent out via email.
  • If you need to cancel, you must do so 48 hours before your booking. You can cancel your table via the button in your confirmation email, you will receive an email to confirm the booking has been cancelled. If you cancel prior to the 48-hour period, the pre-authorised amount will not be claimed. If you cancel after the 48-hour period, we will claim your pre-authorised amount.
  • If you do not cancel your booking and you do not come to the pub at the reserved time. We will claim your pre-authorised amount.
  • Parties of 8 & more may be on adjacent tables.

  • Bookings of 15 or more, we will add a 10% discretionary service charge to the bill.

BOOKING POLICY FOR ‘JUST DRINKS’

  • An area / number of adjacent tables will be allocated for your group. Unless specified, we will assume it is a standing event and there may not for everyone to be seated.
  • The cancellation policy & service charge for 15 & more guests apply.

BOOKING POLICY FOR ‘QUIZ’

  • On quiz nights we take bookings from 2 guests +.  
  • Due to the popularity of our quiz and the layout of our pubs, you & your team may be sharing a table with another team.
  • If we are fully booked, we always recommend to pop down and we will do what we can to find you a space.

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY FOR XMAS FEASTING

  • Our minimum size table size for the Christmas feasting is 6 guests
  • We will ask you for payment card details to secure your reservation. No payment will be taken at this stage, and we will not hold your card details. We will take a pre-authorisation for £10 per person on your booking, which will drop off after your visit.
  • We will require a pre-order for your booking. We will send out a link via email.
  • If you need to cancel, you must do so 72 hours before your booking. You can cancel your table via the button in your confirmation email or contacting the pub directly. If you cancel prior to the 72-hour period, the pre-authorised amount will not be claimed. If you cancel after the 72-hour period, we will claim your pre-authorised amount.
  • If you do not cancel your booking and you do not come to the pub at the reserved time. We will claim your pre-authorised amount.

  • Xmas Feasting menu is not available on Sunday’s at pubs where Sunday Roasts are available.

PRIVATE FUNCTIONS / EVENTS MINIMUM SPEND

PRIVATE ROOM BARS

  • Some of our event spaces have their own private bottle bar. If you wish to have this manned for your event there is a £150 fee.

PRIVATE FUNCTION / ROOM HIRE

  • If the minimum spend for your party is not met, the remaining amount will be charged as room hire, this will be deducted from your bill via card which is held.
  • All private functions / room hires have a 10% discretionary service charge added to the bill.
